These folks went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us.
We first tried to book an in-room couples massage at our resort, but our resort gave us an insanely hard time about allowing them access (feel free to read my other reviews for the whole story - we were so upset we ended up checking out early). The manager, Francisco, was incredibly accommodating. They had patience while we worked through the details and he arranged for the therapists to actually pick us up and take us to the spa. Talk about going above and beyond. Just wow.

My husband and I had 2-hour deep tissue massages on the beach with Patricia and “G” - they were absolutely wonderful!!! The whole process was very easy and all the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. The therapists were excellent. They went over with us which parts of the body we needed attention to and made sure the set up was exactly how we wanted it. We both felt rejuvenated and reenergized after our treatments. We will certainly be booking again our next time in Rincon!!

I got a Swedish massage with Evelyn and it was amazing. From the second I walked in, her vibe was super calming and welcoming — you can just feel her good energy. The massage itself was so relaxing. She had the perfect touch, not too light or too firm, and she really knew what she was doing. I felt like she melted all the tension out of my back and shoulders.
